All-round progress of human societies is realized in the shadow of the advancement of science. Steering the ship of science has a major contribution to the production of science. In the arrangement of the system of existence, the imamate of human societies is with the Qur'an, and the theory of scientific authority of the Qur'an originates from the position of the imamate of the Qur'an. One of the big questions in this issue is the description of this theory in the Qur'an itself. The smaller question is whether the Quranic guidance is comprehensive to all fields including the field of science or is it limited to spiritual matters? The following article is organized with the aim of examining Quranic guidance from the point of view of inclusiveness or non-inclusiveness with the focus on verse 9 of Surah Israa with a descriptive-analytical method. In order to achieve the aforementioned goal, the present essay has analyzed the ninth verse of Surah Isra in the form of seven axes. These seven axes are: the literal meaning of guidance, the Quranic meaning of guidance, the omitted adjective, the scientific guidance of the Qur'an, the explanation of the word "aqm", the course of guidance and guidance to the best. The findings of the research show that the Quranic meaning of guidance in harmony with its literal meaning is not exclusive to spiritual aspects, but is general and includes all types of guidance, including scientific guidance. Therefore, Quranic guidance through the position of "Imam" of the Quran is a comprehensive and multi-dimensional guidance, including scientific guidance.
