Abstract:   (36 Views)
One of the challenging doubts about hijab in the last century among jurists, commentators and Quran scholars is the ruling on covering the jilbab in verse 59 of Surah Al-Ahzab, which some considered to be a ruling of Maulvi and some of them as guidance, and among those who consider it to be temporary and special for the era. The Holy Prophet (PBUH) and the ruling atmosphere of Madinah knew that the society was made up of free women and slaves, and the jilbab covering was issued only to distinguish free women from slaves - to ensure the safety of free women. This research aims to criticize two views; Instructiveness against being a cleric and the temporaryness of the ruling of cover in the mentioned verse against being permanent, he has collected his data in a library method and has criticized and analyzed it by explaining the evidence of each of the points of view. The most important reason for those who considered the ruling of covering the jilbab in this verse to be a temporary or directive ruling is the dignity of the revelations below the verse, which has caused the phrase "Zalek adni anno yo'arafna fala youzhain" only to identify a free woman from a slave or to identify believing and Muslim women from As others know, as a result, due to the absence of maidservants or the lack of harassment of women without hijab, they have ruled out the obligation of wearing a veil, although a group of them (against other evidence) believe in the hijab of women. The achievement of this research is to present this verse as one of the Qur'anic proofs of obligatory and permanent veiling. By stating that the quality of the jilbab covering in this verse is motivated to keep strangers away from sexual harassment and as a sign of the chastity of a woman, which still exists.
