The creator of the system of existence had goals in the creation of human beings of both sexes, as in legislating the rules and determining the life policy of men and women, he also followed goals that are in line with the goal of creation, their guidance and happiness. Among the divine decrees, which are legislated for the purpose of man's guidance, some of the decrees such as martyrdom, inheritance, dowry, etc., have gender differences. In different periods, some biased or out of ignorance have criticized this difference among gender rulings and have evaluated it as contradictory to the legislative justice in the rulings. In this article, by examining the reasons for the legalization of these rulings, the divine justice in their status has been examined and its contradiction with the legal justice has been rejected. The research method in this thesis is descriptive-analytical.
