Abstract: (3 Views) |
One of the issues in verse 34 of Nesa sorah is women's nashooz. Considering the viewpoints of experts and interpreters from the two groups and this paper answers the question what the meaning and order of Noshooz in the respective verse is based on the viewpoints of Amin and Javadi Amoli. The two interpreters disagree on the meaning and order of Noshooz. Amin regards Noshooz as disobeying the husband with in arrogance and considers its order as guidance and not MOLAVI which demands its execution. However, Javadi Amoli believes this disobeying even without arrogance, is Noshooz and a wife who does this in called Nashezeh. He regards in the fear of Noshooz as the duties of a husband the three stages of advice, separation and physical punishment for the purpose of Amr be Maaroof and Nahi az Monkar. While he stating explicitly the order in the three stages in case of the fear of Noshooz, he believes physical punishment is done only if Noshhoz, and not necessarily the fear of it, is openly done. But in Mokhtar's opinion, Noshooz in the respective verse means mixing with strange men and not disobeying the husband. In the statement of the order of the verse, by stating the VOJOOB TAKHYIIRY the pviewpoints of the two interprators are considered and mixed. |
