Abstract Social justice is one of the most important issues of human society. This issue has been raised in the Holy Quran as one of the most basic missions of divine prophets, and all world thinkers, especially Muslims, agree on its necessity. Therefore, it has always been the focus of social reformers, especially Muslim thinkers from different Islamic sects and religions. A detailed understanding of this flow based on the viewpoint of the commentators of the Fariqin clarifies the capacity of each of these religions in paying attention to this vital issue. The present research has studied and investigated the interpretation of Allameh Tabatabai's and Seyyed Qutb's views with a descriptive-analytical approach, emphasizing the interpretation of Al-Mizan and the shadows of the Qur'an, and has come to the conclusion that social justice is the basis of health in human relations from the perspective of Allameh Tabatabai. According to Seyed Qutb, it is one of the natural human needs, which is based on the three principles of human freedom, human equality and takaful.
