Indexing a publication in the reputable citation and information databases is a reflection of the quality of that publication and leads to gaining the credibility, international visibility, multinational distribution of readers, and ultimately the effectiveness of the articles. Therefore, the goal of this research, is the comparative evaluation of the websites of 30 journals in the Quran and Hadith science subgroup, accredited by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, with the criteria for indexing publications in the ISC and Scopus citation databases. This research, has been made by scientometric and evaluative method. The information has been collected by using checklist tool and have been examined in three categories: basic criteria, policy, and access. The results, even, are the introducers of the state of each publication, lead to the identification of the strengths and weaknesses and provide appropriate planning tools to facilitate the indexing process in reputable databases.
