In the last fifty years, the talk of a civilized approach to the Qur'an has prepared a new horizon for advancements in the field Qur'an and civilization. The present study intends to study the term " expansion of bosom" analytically with regard to the existing political and civilizational relations between the verses of the beginning and the end of Surah inshirāh. In this approach, the property of expansion of bosom, which is generally the main feature of the leadership of society and has a range of meanings, is perfected in the sense of existential expansion and is applied to Surah inshirāh in the relationship between vilāyat, guardianship, and risālat, mission. Because the Almighty God, through the guardianship of Ali (a) and the appointment of him as minister, lightened the burden of the mission. Hence, he recalls the difficulties of the initial period of the Prophet with the ease of the final periods, and both of them with the sacrifices of Ali ibn Abi Tālib (a) in support of Islam, and then instructs the Prophet, after completion of the last Hajj, based on the order found in the verse of Mubāhila, troubled the soul of Ali ibn Abi Talib (a) and appointed him as the Imamate and Caliphate.
