fa بررسی تفسیری «المُحصَناتُ مِنَ النِّساء» با تأکید بر سبب نزول An Exegetic Study of "W al-Muhsanatu min al-Nisa`" with an Emphasis on the Circumstances of Revelation تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research آیه «وَالْمُحْصَنَاتُ مِنَ النِّسَاءِ إِلَّا مَا مَلَکَتْ أَیْمَانُکُمْ» ازجمله آیاتی است که به واسطه نقل سبب نزول خاصی، محل اندیشه‌ورزی مفسران و تفقه فقیهان شده است. مفسران با استناد به گزارشی از ابوسعید خدری، محتوای آیه را با غزوه أوطاس = حنین پیوند می‌زنند مبنی بر اینکه آیه جهت تعیین تکلیف «سبایای اوطاس / زنان شوهردار اسیر شده در غزوه اوطاس» در سال هشتم هجری نازل شده و با استثنائی که زده، ازدواج با زنان شوهرداری که در جنگ اسیر شوند را از شمول حرمت مطرح در آغاز آیه خارج نموده است. پژوهش پیش‌رو با در پیش گرفتن روش تحلیلی به همراه رویکرد انتقادی و استفاده از منابع کتابخانه‌ای به این نتیجه رسیده است که فهم رایج از این آیه شریفه که متأثر از سبب نزول می‌باشد، با روح معارف قرآن کریم از یک‌سو و با سیاق آیات از دیگر سو ناسازگار است. سبب نزول ادعایی نیز فاقد قرائن صحت بوده و نمی‌توان اندیشه تفسیری را بر آن بنا نهاد. ازاین‌رو بازاندیشی در سبب نزول آیه و فهم رایج از آن امری ضروری محسوب می‌شود، به‌ویژه هنگامی که گروه‌های بنیادگرا و دگم‌اندیشی چون: داعش، سلفیه و ... با استناد به چنین فهمی، چهره‌ای مشوه از اسلام به جهانیان ارائه می‌دهند. The verse "W al-Muhsanatu min al-Nisa` illa ma malakat aymanukum" is one of the verses that, due to mentioning certain ground of revelation, has become a place of reflection for commentators and jurisprudents. Referring to a report by Abu Saeed Khadari, the commentators link the content of the verse with Ghazwa Utas Honain, stating that the verse was revealed in the 8th year of Hijrah to exclude "Sabayayi Utas / married women captured in Ghazwa Utas" in the 8th year of Hijrah from the scope of the sanctity mentioned at the beginning of the verse. The current research, by an analytical method along with a critical approach and using library sources, has come to the conclusion that the common understanding of this noble verse is influenced by its ground of revelation, conflicts the spirit of teachings of the Holy Quran on the one hand, and with the context of the verses on the other hand. It is inconsistent. The claimed reason for its revelation also lacks proofs of authenticity, and no interpretative thought can be based on it. Therefore, rethinking the reason for the revelation of the verse and the common understanding of it is considered necessary, especially when fundamentalist and dogmatic groups such as Da`ish, Salafism, etc., present a distorted image of Islam to the world based on such an understanding. آیه 24 سوره نساء, تفسیر فقهی, مُحصَنات, سبایای اوطاس, ملک یمین.
